Terms of Service

This document is an initial working version prepared for the launch of BGL.STUDIO. It is not legal advice, and it requires review by qualified legal counsel before full commercial reliance.

1. The service

BGL Studio provides website assessment, concept previews, website production, launch, hosting, maintenance, and growth services for businesses (“Services”). Submitting a business for review is free and creates no obligation on either side.

2. Submissions

You may submit only URLs that are publicly accessible.
You confirm you have a legitimate relationship to the business you submit (for example owner, employee, or appointed agency) or are exploring on its behalf.
Automated, bulk, or abusive submissions are prohibited.

3. Previews

Preview concepts are prepared selectively for qualified submissions. A preview is an unofficial design concept, not a live website, an offer, or a representation of affiliation with the business. Previews are governed by the Preview Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Paid engagements

Website production (Launch) and ongoing services (Care, Grow, Expand) are scoped and priced per engagement in a written proposal or order. Work begins only after the scope is accepted. Each engagement defines its deliverables, revision rounds, and payment terms.

5. Domains and ownership

Customer domains remain registered to and owned by the customer. On full payment, the customer receives the agreed rights to the delivered website content and design. BGL retains rights to its underlying tooling, frameworks, and know-how.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for unlawful content, misleading claims, or infringement of third-party rights. BGL may decline or discontinue any engagement that would require publishing such content.

7. Disclaimers

Assessments and concepts reflect professional judgment, not guarantees. BGL does not promise search rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue outcomes.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BGL’s aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
