Preview Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This document is an initial working version prepared for the launch of BGL.STUDIO. It is not legal advice, and it requires review by qualified legal counsel before full commercial reliance.
The preview is the heart of BGL’s service: a tailored website concept a business can evaluate before committing to anything. Because previews may be prepared before a formal relationship exists, they follow strict rules.
How previews are created
- Preview concepts may be based on publicly available business information — for example a website, Google Business Profile, or public social profile.
- Every preview passes human review before delivery. Nothing is auto-published.
- A preview is an unofficial concept until the business approves it. BGL does not claim affiliation with, or endorsement by, a business without its approval.
How previews are protected
- Previews are private, shared via a non-guessable link, and set to noindex.
- Preview forms, checkout flows, and other commercial actions are disabled — a preview can never take enquiries or payments intended for the business.
- The business’s current website and profiles are never modified.
- No fabricated reviews, testimonials, or claims are ever added.
Availability and expiry
- Preview availability is limited and selective; not every submission receives one.
- Unused previews are disabled and deleted automatically after their review window ends.
Removal on request
A business owner (or authorized representative) may request removal of a preview at any time via the removal request page or by emailing hello@bgl.studio. Removal requests are actioned promptly.
